2. Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they have been confirmed for processing. After an order has been confirmed for processing, it can no longer be cancelled.
- We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- If you experience any payment issue, our support team is available to assist you quickly.
Warranty on Household Appliances
- Factory defects reported within 7 days of delivery may qualify for repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution, subject to inspection and the nature of the issue.
- If an appliance is dead on arrival or develops a confirmed factory defect within 7 days, we may arrange for the product to be inspected and, where necessary, returned to the manufacturer or authorized service centre for repair or further resolution.
- After 7 days, applicable warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or its authorized service centre.
- Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, liquid spills, physical damage, improper installation, misuse, or other customer-related causes is not covered.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- • Delivery is currently available within Ilorin, Kwara State.
- • Orders within Ilorin are delivered directly to the address provided during checkout.
- • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
- • Orders placed later in the day may be delivered on the following business day.
- • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, high order volumes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring they are available to receive their order.
- • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- • Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Return requests may be made where a product is defective, dead on arrival (DOA), materially different from its description, or where the wrong item was delivered. The appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy applicable to the circumstances, subject to inspection and applicable law.
- Eligible issues should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
- Returns are not accepted solely because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the product, or selected the wrong model, size, capacity, or color, where the product delivered matches the order and applicable consumer rights do not otherwise provide a right of return.
- Original delivery charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds or replacements are subject to inspection of the returned product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kwara State, Nigeria.
